What is kept where.
An account is optional: without one, your projects and your keys stay with you.
Your account
With an account, Tramme keeps your email address, your plan and the public name you choose. Without one, none of that exists: the web app keeps your projects in your browser.
Your projects
An account's projects live in Tramme's cloud, public or private depending on your plan; a private project is visible to you only, a public one to everyone, on the Explore page and on its own page. On the desktop, projects can also be folders of your computer (Documents/Tramme by default). A project can be exported as a .tramme file at any time.
Your keys
The keys of the AI providers you connect stay on your side: in a key vault the editor cannot read, in the web app, and in the system keychain, on the desktop.
What the assistant sends
When you ask the assistant for something, your words, and the frames or files it needs to answer, go to the AI provider: yours, with your key, under its terms, or the one Tramme runs for you when you spend credits. Nothing is sent to a provider until you use the assistant or a tool that needs one. How the assistant works.
Payment
Payment for the paid plans is handled by [MERCHANT OF RECORD: Paddle or Lemon Squeezy, to be decided]. Tramme never sees or keeps your card number.
This site
It sets no cookies, runs no analytics code and loads no third-party script or font. It remembers your language by its address, your choice of the light or the dark theme, and in the docs the state of the sidebar, in your browser's storage; none of it leaves your browser. The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which, like any host, handles the requests it receives.
