Who we are

The Tramme service is provided by [SELLER IDENTITY: name, legal form, address, contact].

The service

Tramme is a motion design editor, online and on the desktop, and a platform: an account, a personal space, public or private projects, a community gallery, and services we run for you (storage, hosting, AI ready to use, cloud export). The apps, the engine and the atelier are available without an account, under the Basic plan's rules.

Plans and payment

Basic is free. Plus costs 12 € a month, or 10 € a month billed yearly; Pro costs 35 € a month, or 29 € a month billed yearly. Prices are in euros. What each plan contains is what the pricing page says. Payment is handled by [MERCHANT OF RECORD: Paddle or Lemon Squeezy, to be decided], which sells the plan in its own name or in ours as the case may be [TO BE SPECIFIED].

Credits

The credits included in a plan renew each month and pay for the AI we run for you. [Carrying over unused credits: TO BE SPECIFIED.] You can also connect your own provider key, in every plan: the provider then bills you directly.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your space; the plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. [Right of withdrawal and refunds: TO BE SPECIFIED according to the applicable law and the merchant of record.]

What you publish

Your projects are yours. By publishing a project, you allow us to display it publicly, with its video, on the site and in the gallery, and, if you allow it, others to copy it to build on. You can unpublish a project at any time. Do not publish anything you have no right to publish. We may remove a public project that breaks these terms or the law.

The watermark

Exported films carry the Tramme logo in a corner: always on Basic, by default on Plus and Pro, which can turn it off in the settings. Without an account, and in the desktop app and the CLI until they can sign in to an account, the Basic rules apply.

What is not allowed

Do not use the service for illegal content, to harm others, to attack or overload the service, or to get around the limits of your plan.

The software

Tramme's code is under the Functional Source License, separate from these terms: it governs the use of the code, these terms govern the use of the service we host.

Liability and changes

[Limits of liability, availability of the service, changes to the terms and prices, governing law and jurisdiction: TO BE SPECIFIED.]
